高级顾问/顾问(Senior Consultant / Consultant)


岗位职责/Responsibility:

1. 与客户深度沟通,理解其人才寻访需求并做出职位分析,确定人才搜寻方向;

    Deep communication with customers, understanding their requirements and do job analysis to determine search direction;

2. 通过公司人才库,电话,网络以及人际关系搜集目标公司相关人才的信息;

    Collect information about the talents of the target company through the company's talent pool, telephone, Internet and interpersonal relationship;

3. 独立面试和筛选目标人才, 撰写专业的候选人推荐报告,安排客户和目标人才的面试;

    Independently interview and select target talents, write professional recommendation report, arrange interview with customers and target talents;

4. 领导团队内的顾问协同合作;

    Lead consultants team to work together;

5. 协调客户与候选人之间的薪资等谈判, 背景调查并跟踪候选人上班;

    Coordinate salary negotiation between client and candidate, background check and follow up candidate to work;

6. 候选人上班后的后续服务。

   The candidate's follow-up service after work.


 任职要求/Requirements:

1. 具有3年以上猎头经验的优先考虑;

    More than 3 years headhunting experience is preferred;

2. 在甲方对接客户或者是在乙方对接HR较多的候选人优先考虑;

    More experience in working with customers in Party A or HR in Party B Company is preferred

3. 人力资源等相关专业;

    Major in human resources;

4. 需具备良好的英文听说读写能力,可以自由应对甲方的HR和Line Manager。 

    Must have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, can deal with party A's HR and Line Manager freely.
